Show' em some love.

For the last half decade Shia LaBouf has headlined in some of the top grossing movies. The transformers movie star, led path in the action packed trilogy to be the top grossing movie series, earning nearly1 billion dollars. So what makes the actor so successful? And how movie agents, film directors, and casting agents should change their recruiting standards?
Shia Lebouff has displayed a chameleon like ability, in which he molds himself around a character. After watching the first Transformer movie in 2007, you may have thought of Lebouff's great performance, "Yea he is probably a socially akward Megan Fox lover in real life." However, in his role in Eagle Eye a year later, he sells the mistreated brother of an army superstar, role as if he was actually a chameleon walking in the flesh.
LaBouf's acting success is due to an ability to honestly become the character. Aspiring actors should focus on looking between the lines of a character, and evaluate how they can put themselves into that person. There is nothing more enticing as a movie watcher, than an actor who displays the characters full personality and characteristics. As LaBouf has shown, authenticity sells money. So, movie agents should fall head over heels over actors with this ability, or pursuing this ability.
